David Whitaker is the man behind Old Chapel Recording studios working under the Old Chapel Music Studio umbrella. 

David Whitaker is a TRIC award winning and BAFTA nominated composer/producer whose career has spanned over four decades. His professional musical life started in the eighties playing keyboards for various bands on major labels. The next stage of his career was in composing music for TV and feature films such as ITV’s “Heartbeat” and the feature film “Shadowrun” starring Micheal Caine. David is now back doing what he loves most recording and producing music. He owns and runs “The Old Chapel Recording Studio” based at the Old Chapel in Leeds.
